An insightful educator, she recognizes early on when a student is struggling in her class and she takes steps to give the student extra support. She cares deeply about each student in her class. She has shown commitment and dedication to her job as she is always working on ways to improve her students learning. She has outstanding results in gaining employability opportunities with her students with her recent Diploma class all receiving employment successes. Jaimie is the sort of trainer who does not go looking for credit for what she does. She always go above and beyond to ensure that the learning experience of the students is enjoyable and fun, where the students can feel comfortable. Jaimie constantly encourages and motivates students to maintain focus on their journey to achieve their qualification. She gets satisfaction in seeing students complete their qualification.
